Hi I have been trying to contact someone at the Paypal promotion department to help me with some issues I have been experiencing with one of the Paypal promotions. I called the[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]number, everytime I was told I was being transferred to the promotion department, I got this "We can't support your inquiry over the phone at this time." message and my phone was then hung up. Help center is very useless as some of the agents didn't know what they were doing and often times the responses were extremely slow.
