Help, I bought a Prepaid Paypal Debit Mastercard, I bought it so I could use my PayPal funds. I activated my card and did everything I was supposed to do. I know I did it correctly because my card was shown in the wallet section. When I went to transfer my money from my PayPal to the card it would not let me.
I don't have a bank account!!!! I put in all the card information but it said: "We linked your card, but your bank doesn’t currently support Instant Transfers.".
I really need help... I am so tired of not even being able to spend MY money, now I wasted even MORE money buying this card and its not even working!!

The PayPal cards bought at stores in the US are temporary cards that can only be used for in store purchases. These cards can not be used for transfers from PayPal into the card account, nor can they be used for online purchases.
You will need to sign up for the permanent PayPal Prepaid card. The card will be mailed to you. When you receive the Prepaid card and activate it, it will be added to your PayPal Wallet. You will then be able to link the card account to your PayPal account and transfer funds into the card account.
PayPal does also offer the Cash debit card. This card would be directly linked to your available PayPal account balance (no transfers necessary). The Cash debit card is no cost and there are no monthly fees. When you sign up for the Cash debit card PayPal will enable direct deposit account and routing numbers in your account.
Here is a PayPal link for the Cash debit card. This card is a different product than the Prepaid card.

If you need to get funds into your PayPal account to fund the PayPal Cash debit card, you can do so with PayPal Cash loading at a retailer. I'll link details on this service.

Here is a the PayPal Prepaid card link. Keep in mind that the Prepaid card doesn't have an EMV chip. If you're traveling outside the US—not having an EMV enabled card may be an issue.

No it is not a card. It is transfer funds from paypal account into my checking account not a card. I hit wrong button by mistake and instead of deposit it was a withdrawal that caused my checking account to overdrawn. This has nothing to do with a credit card. thanks
