Hello everyone, I am a Disabled Hearing Impaired person who can't use a phone to call customer service for help. I looked into the resolution center for help. That was a joke. The other day I tried to use my card but I put the wrong pin number. Now it won't work at all at any stores. How can I get help from PayPal to reset it without calling customer service?
Please help me figure this out.
I need to go buy my mom some flowers but I don't have a way to access my money.
I'm sorry to hear that the message option does not work for you on your device. Is there an option in the browser to request to view the desktop version of the site? That should yield the ability to see any options that are on the desktop version of the site.
