Hello everyone, I am a Disabled Hearing Impaired person who can't use a phone to call customer service for help. I looked into the resolution center for help. That was a joke. The other day I tried to use my card but I put the wrong pin number. Now it won't work at all at any stores. How can I get help from PayPal to reset it without calling customer service?
Please help me figure this out.
I need to go buy my mom some flowers but I don't have a way to access my money.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I have speech issues due to disability for the past 12.5 years. I used Facebook to contact them and they were very helpful. I explained that I typed slowly and they had patience with me.
It’s frustrating that we can’t email them.

Why can't you email?
You can still do so as its in the same place as the phone option BUT you tend to get generic back again which is why i advise facebook or twitter.

There is no option for email on the contact page. Years ago it was there but I could call then. Can you please link the page that lists an email address? I only see four options:

I clicked on Message Us out of curiosity.
“Something went wrong on our end
We're sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request right now. Please try again shortly.”
Google has no listing or link for an email address either

I’m not able to get out of bed. Obviously if I could get out of bed to use my laptop I would do so. PayPal should make all content available for their customers and not just those on a computer.
Discrimination is in many forms .
