For a couple days now I've been trying to get a Pay Pal Cash Mastercard figuring it would be easier and quicker transactions of funds from my Pay Pal account. The thing is, for some reason, Pay Pal cannot verify its me. I keep answering all the questions honestly (i.e., "Have you ever lived at this address" ... "Have you ever own/lease this car" ... etc.). Since this way is not working, and Pay Pal THINKS it knows my history although clearly mistaken; is there another way I can prove its me who is requesting this card?
