I remember applying for a Debit Cash Mastercard a while back but forgot about it. I have a Cash Plus Account on Paypal but I don't have the card and wouldn't mind using it when I get extra cash on Paypal. However, I been looking and I don't see any details about the card or how to re-new a new one. When I click "Apply now" it says error I already updated my acc. etc.
Since you are continuing to receive that error when trying to apply for a card, I would suggest calling our customer service. They will be able to review the issue and assist you with receiving a new card.
