Have not received cashback for the order placed on Firstcry in March 2019

I was supposed to receive 20% cashback for the Firstcry order dated 10 March 2019 as I made the payment through PayPal. However I have nor received the same till date. Need support in getting the same.

Paypal or the merchant?

did you read the terms at the time of purchase?
