Four times now, I have received eBay money into my PalPal account, and now when
I try an use the "(Print Shipping Label)" buttons, the actual LABELS that print out
have only LABEL Image showing where the BAR CODE and receiver address go.

But I GET CHARGED just fine. 8-(

I've had to VOID four different labels.

Additionally, this comes after I hadnt sold anything on eBay in 6 months.
(So has some thing *changed* on the eBay side of things?)

When I try and PRINT LABELS directly from eBay, I dont see UPS as an option (only USPS and FedEx).
Whats up with that?

I need some advice from ppl with expertise on this problem.

Additionally, I cant seem to get help from UPS online help either.
When I try and use their "Recover ID from email" feature, I *NEVER* get an email from them.
(is it because they're STOOPID_AZZ crazy busy now, and cant be bothered to respond to
their dumb eBay customers now?)
