I paid $39 for a Domino's gift card through Paypal Digital Gifts. I tried using the provided information through the website AND through phone, and neither worked. The Domino's employee said the PIN was invalid. I want a refund, or for the card to work. I tried contacting Paypal Customer Service, and I spent over 45 minutes on hold, and none of my "Report A Problem" attempts have gone through.
I don't have the money to just throw $39 down the drain... Feels like Paypal is laughing at me cuz they got my money for nothing.
