Got new Paypal Business Debit card today -- no CVV code!

I got my new (replacement due to lost card) card today, and there is no CVV code on back.  There isn't even a place for a signature.  Next to the expiration date, there's a section called Card Security, and under that, in all caps is VALID THRU.  But without a CVV code, the card is useless.  I had done a search on this issue and the only post at all similar to it was made 11 years ago and there was no answer.

Hi. I have the same issue. I called customer service and they said there was a glitch in their system and they are sending out new cards with CVV codes.
