Yesterday I purchased a $15 Google Play Digital Code through PayPal's Digital Gifts. PayPal says I will receive my code within a few hours ... but it's been 24 hours, and I have yet to receive anything but a receipt. This code is part of a birthday gift, so I'd like it a.s.a.p. Anyone experience this sort of delay and still get their code? Thanks.
