Hello. I have been asked by someone to purchase a 150$ gift card to amazon to cover certain fees on paypal. He lives in a different country. He told me that this only way I will be able to accept the money from him. I am like 98% sure this is a scam but I just wanted to ask and see if this has happened to anyone else. '
