I sent a gift card to a friend and they were having issues with their account.
There was no option to CANCEL/REFUND the Gift Card, so I disputed it.
However, the person I sent the gift card to..... That account does not exist anymore, and they did not receive the gift card.
My dispute was REJECTED.
How do I get my money back for the gift card?
Does PayPal just automatically keep this money if nobody received it? Doesn't seem ethical at all.
