We have been using PayPal sandbox to our website to authorize the card of users and then make payment. The feature is under development and authorization was working alright until Last week. Since last week suddenly we are seeing Error Code 500 : Internal Service Error when we try to authorize a card. Below is the error we are receiving.
{"name":"INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR","message":"An internal service error occurred.","information_link":"https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/#errors","debug_id":"XXXXX"}
Can anyone help to sort out this.
Is there are any limitation to do authorization using a sandbox account?
