First Time Shipping - No Option for "Ship"

OK, I'm sure this is a simple fix but I can't seem to figure it out. 

I just received money from someone for a record they bought. I click on the transaction in Activity and there's no "Ship" option. Do I have to set shipping up somewhere for it to appear or...what am I missing?

Do you see a shipping address and a fee charged in the details?

Do you see a “Print Shipping label” button?

You may have been sent a friends and family payment. Those don’t include shipping address or “Print Shipping label’ button.
