Fingerprint problem

Hello, i have problem with fingerprint in the app. I selected option, that i want log in with my fingerprint, then window popped up, i put my finger on scanner, it said fingerprint recognized and then nothing happened. Only thing i could do was click on cancel..Any helps? Thanks. Xiaomi <removed> 4

Welcome to the Community. We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.

 

The TouchID utilises the fingerprint technology on iOS/Android devices as a login method to the PayPal Consumer App. If after re-enabling the TouchID it still does not work, I would suggest that you uninstall the App and install it again.
