Fees when cash plus account is funded through sales

I'm a newbe, so please bear with me if I'm asking a stupid question.  I am interested in opening a cash plus account primarily to utilize the debit card feature. I expect to only fund it by people making payments to my Paypal account. Is there a loading/funding fee using this method?

If you have available funds in your PayPal account to cover the PayPal Cash card transactions, then you won't necessarily have to add/load funds, which could generate fees.

When you receive goods and services payments into your PayPal account, then the standard PayPal fees (2.9% (domestic) or 4.4% (intl) + 30 cents) are applicable

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thanks, it wasn't clear that the basic Paypal account and Paypal Cash Plus account are essentially one account.
