I need to know if there is, and if so, how much the monthly fee is to use the card and if there is a fee for using it to pay a bill or to use it in a store or online to purchase anything? And can I add money to the card with cash at a retail store? I have no bank acct, credit card or checking acct. Need some answers before I use the card. Thank you.
