I am attempting to redeem an electronic PayPal gift card. It makes me establish a PayPal acct which in turn demands my credit info. My credit card is not necessary to that process. Is there a way to just redeem my gift and move on ? I certainly don't want to do future business with these people after the two hour runaround I've endured this morning.
