I recently made a purchase and chose Pay in 4 for payment. I was approved and the down payment was deducted from my account. I then noticed that the total amount of the purchase was also deducted from my account. Today, I received a reminder that my 2nd of 4th payment will be deducted on 12/31/2020. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since 12/24 and have not had any luck.
How do I get the Pay in 4 payments to stop and the payments already deducted from my account refunded since they total purchase amount was deducted already? PLEASE HELP!
