Hi there,
So basically this is my first time using pay-pal and I sued the pay in 3 payment thing to buy something from ASOS. when I tried to do it the first time, I got billed from PayPal, which took the money out of my account but it didn't go through on ASOS, so my order didn't work, so I tried again and it went through successfully but took another lot of the amount out fo my account so I have now paid twice the amount. it won't let me cancel the payment and I have no idea where my money has gone can someone please help me! or can someone help me contact a real-life representative to talk to from pay-pal!

If the order didn’t go through to the merchant for the first time, then the pending payment will be dropped and refunded to your card/bank account in 3-5 business days. I also had this problem.
