Does it cost to send money to my paypal debit card? I put $5 on it & it took off 4.95??

Why did it do this?? Will it do this  EVERY single time??

The PayPal Prepaid debit card has a monthly fee so that may be what you're seeing.

PayPal has several debit cards you can choose from.

The PayPal Cash debit card has no monthly fee and is no cost but it doesn't pay any interest on your card balance like the Prepaid card does. They are both different products with different features.
