Hello all—
I have a US-based Paypal account, but currently work in Vietnam.
I know I cannot add my Vietnamese bank account to my US Paypal account, but:
1) CAN I have two personal Paypal accounts if they are in different countries?
2) If so, could I use the same email for both (would they "see" each others' info?)
3) If I do have two accounts from different countries, could I send money from one to another?
I'm asking a lot, but Paypal CS is impossible to connect with—especially during the pandemic. SO, thanks for any support if anyone can offer any.
