Do I Need To Activate My Card Again?

I recently got a new PayPal card because my old one was nearing the point of its expiration date (10/20). I just got my new one and I go to the link on the sticker to activate it, but I can't seem to get to that page exactly. When I signed into PayPal and then typed it in, I was just sent back to my summary. Do I need to activate a card that I received as a replacement for one that was nearing its expiration date? Please help someone.

 Go to your account open it up and on the left side under account summary u will see in blue mastercard click on it and follow the directions
