I recieved a "$10 off your purchase at..." and it shows in the cart but the discount disappears at check out. Anyone have this happen? Does the discount show up on final payment? Not hitting submit until I know.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
