Discount coupon not getting applied

Hello,

I received  a cashback voucher of Rs. 500 . and it is selected to auto apply when i make the last transaction . the voucher expires 24th december which is today but when i am trying to make transaction the voucher is not getting applied . hence unable to use it

I'm sorry to hear that the voucher is not applied after making a transaction. Are your transactions eligible for the use of the voucher? Please check the Terms and Conditions of the offer that was used. Each offer may have different terms, so make sure to select the one that applies to your situation.
