Did anyone get the $5.00 for installing the mobile app? I did not! But i did get a email that said they still had the$5.00 for me . I just needed to install mobile app. I did that a week ago. when i clicked on the new new offer its says "I already claimed this offer" yes I did the offer was not to get 0.00$ it was a $5.00 offer. I have been away from paypal awhile now and I remember why I left now. So thanks for reminding how bad of a service your are.
