My PayPal debit card master card is suddenly being declined. I have called PayPal three times and have gotten three different reasons as to why. Each time they've sent a code and it worked only for one transaction. This is getting ridiculous. Does anyone have a clue? All info is up to date and it's a business debit.
Did you ever figure out what the issue was? I'm having the same problem! I've been told by two different reps that I need to transfer funds from my bank account "regularly" to set up a good banking "history". But I've been using the PP debit card for months with no previous issues. This is frustrating.
