My Cash Card was declined at numerous stores and atms. Support told me to transfer my money so I can access it, but I can’t transfer money, either - when Zi attempt to do so I get a message that they couldn’t confirm it’s me (even after entering a security code). I called support three times today. #1 said ‘internal security issue’ and that it has breast and should work now. #2 said it should self-resolve. #3 said, essentially, -I don’t know, wait and see what happens- I seriously need access to my money. All of my money comes through PayPal. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or what I can do to get access to my money?
