December 2020 Offers and Deals

I was wondering if anyone had received the $20 credit from Paypal in regards to the December 2020 Offers and Deals to make at least three purchases of $30 or more on purchases made through Paypal.com.

i'm trying to connect with Paypal in regards to this matter but have not been able to connect with anyone so far. I have been on hold for more than half an hour now.

Yes, I believe so, Walmart was on the list too. Has anyone heard anything? I have tried reaching out to PayPal without any luck and it's so annoying
