I've had a business debit card for years and it worked flawlessly for the longest time just pulling straight from my funding source. Last December it suddenly started declining everything and I got an email from Paypal saying my card had expired (it hadn't). I got a replacement card and I got one for my wife... neither work. I call them, it works for maybe a day and then it stops again. Now they are telling me that I have to have a balance in my account for it to work which is kind of a pain.
They evidently changed their policies/practices without telling anyone and now they don't like drawing from the linked funding source when using the business debit.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
