Debit Card Question

I wanted to be sure that I’m correct about the debit card. I have a balance in my PayPal account right now. If I use the card for a purchase, then I can spend my balance safely. But, if I spend more than that balance, then the bank account linked will be used.

i don’t want to test it and see declines on my account!

Oops I have the Cash Card. Your site says it’s for personal accounts. I have both accounts so assume that the card is on my personal account.
