I just activated my new Paypal Mastercard.  My old one was compromised.  Can I start using new card right away and do I have to manually go into account info and change it myself?

Once it's activated you should be able to use in store but I would just log in and take a gander if the new card info is showing in your account coz you just never know with technology, hehe.
