Has anyone else been granted a papypal credit card without requesting it or giving permission for it. I all of a sudden have a credit limit credit card I did not want. I can't find any way to contact paypal about it. every thing they have about contacting them has nothing to do with this type of issue. and they don't have an "Other" you can just write out what the issue is. Anyone have this issue or know how to help me get in touch with the right people?
