Is there a way to create a link (similar to PayPal.me) that doesn't require someone to have a PayPal Account? I would like it to be a standard link, without a specific payment amount, that can be used to pay with a credit card. Stripe enables this, but I can't find the comparable ability in PayPal. I think PP turned this feature off a bit ago. The only way I know how to this now is to send a payment request / invoice to the person. They can pay that without an account via credit card. You do have to specify the amount, though.
