I opened my account and was surprised to learn that I have contacts in my Paypal account and there was a list of some crazy people I never heard of ....!!
I prefer to have my individual account without any ''Contacts'' Not only your website work really poor but now you add ''Contacts '' to my account! It looks like you invade my privacy!
