Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me where to activate coupon codes supplied by a vendor ? The coupon box is not appearing when I go to purchase the product.

That's something the individual vendor/seller/merchant has to set up specifically with their website, for instance:

https://www.paypal.com/nz/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-create-a-discount-code-or-coupon-code-for-my-pa...

Now if you have a gift card/gift code voucher, that can be entered during PayPal checkout process.

This was my first post in this community.

The thing is the code was given in a webinar that was held

just a couple of hours ago for a new product that was launched on the

webinar.

They said there was a button to press, but I looked over the

FE salespage twice and it never came up on the checkout. I have already sent

vendor 2 emails  to 2 support addresses and are awaiting his reply.

Thanks for your clarification.

I would advise waiting for the merchant's response. If you will not receive a reply, you may report this through your Resolution Center. Here is how.
