i was given a 10$ discount coupon on the next purchase i made with pay pal, and it dint work. i checked to make sure it would be automatically used on my next purchase, yet it didn't work, its still in my wallet, and i was billed the full amount.
the experation date is september 30th and i made the purchase less than an hour ago. This is a scam, as i was promised 10$ off my next purchase, and it was nothing but a complete lie, what can i do about this?
