Continuous failed attempts

Anyone else getting the red alert error when trying to retrieve a scannable upc to withdraw funds from your account via Walmart etc!? I also get the same alert stating to try again later when I try to confirm updated phone number? I have tried to contact customer service multiple times as that leads to disconnected conclusions... any suggestions are appreciated!?
