Chip reader stuck on start up screen

I've had my chip reader for about a month now.  I have loved it and it has streamlined the payment process and made it much faster for me and my clients.  Tonight, 4/14/18, it stopped working properly.  For some reason it is stuck on the starting up screen and will not advance beyond that.  Can't pair it with my phone, or do anything with it as a result.  I had to go back to the triangle to process a couple payments tonight.  Man, it became apparent how much more user friendly it is to use until I had to revert.  

What do I need to do to get this resolved?  It sucks, because I will most likely need it tomorrow/today.
