I just spent a half hour on the phone with PayPal and after the second hang up because of human error at PayPal, not technical problems I gave up. So I'm here trying to learn how to change the "From" shipping address. The PayPal person made at attempt based on changing:
Account settings\Shipping Preference\Change address\add new address
But after changing from the company name to my name when checking the change had no effect.
I do not want to change the business name since that will have tax implications. I just want to change the "from" address on international shipments. How to do that?????
