I have used PayPal for two transactions. For the first one I have got cashback voucher which I have used for the second transaction. Now I have cancelled the first order and PayPal deducted redeemed voucher from refund amount and no cashback voucher provided to me. Now I want to cancel the second transaction, will I get both total amount of order and cashback since the redeemed voucher has already been deducted from refund of first transaction cancellation?
