Cashback issue

I did'nt receive my cashback.When i called the customer care regarding this problem on nov 12th they said that i will recieve the cashback on 19th november and i did'nt recieved my cashback yet.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

The cashback will show in the form of a discount on the second transaction you make with your PayPal account. If you make your first transaction with one account, you will not receive the cashback if you make another payment with another account. If you are eligible for the cashback promotion, you will receive the cashback as a discount on your next purchase made with the same account.
