Cashback Not Received even i fulfill all necessary terms and conditions for cashback

i add money to buyhatke wallet via paypal  and the both account (paypal and buyhatke) are new a/c and there is 1st transaction on buyhatke and paypal.

but i did not cashback voucher of 350 rs. plz help me
