I lost my wallet all my debit cards my ID everything was in it and now I need money off of my balance and every time I try transferring my cash it says error can’t complete this right now I ordered a new cash plus card or I thought I did but I got some dumb netspend debit card that isn’t attached to my PayPal balance and I need my money
