I wanted to find out how much cash back I'm getting so I ended up on a paypal help page that says...."Your lifetime cash back total and current Cash Back earning percentage rate are at the top of the page".....WHAT PAGE??? I can't believe it just says "at the top of the page" without saying which page. Common man!!!
I'm sorry to hear that there is a confusing article and I'd like to look into making sure that the right info gets out there. Please provide a link to the help page that says that.

I find it confusing, too. What page is this article referring to? How do I view it? I would like to see my lifetime cash back earnings, as well as the breakdown of transactions that received cash back vs non.
