Cash back not received

Sir i have done my first transaction on book my show through PayPal as per 100% cash back scheme of first user. As per scheme you pay 100% back to customer in 5 days as a cash back. But you have not paid me while 14-15 days are gone. I really disappointed of PayPal promise that a big brand adds customer through false promises. If I not receive the cash back in next 7 days I will never use PayPal service in future.
