Hello. Paypal had asked me to update the expiration date of my credit card. But when I finished filling the date and the security code, it said " We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. " I refreshed and tried again but they still turned down my update process. I absolutely don't know the reason why it happened to me.
