I made a Purchase for a box of gloves and it was almost $50 and when I realized it was for only one box and not a case I tried to call the seller but they did not answer I left a message did not call me back I sent an email within five minutes of the order and they told me that the order was already starting to be shipped and that they could not stop it it’s coming from China can I refuse the package and just send it back to get my credit back ?
I had a similar problem with a Chinese company. Unfortunately, PayPal took the side of the fraudulent thieving Chinese company. I ordered a set of BowFlex dumbbells, the seller shipped a few face masks. The seller showed a Shipping Tracking number to PayPal and PayPal denied my claim. Now any time I try to submit another claim... like, for Product not as Described... PayPal blows me off, telling me that this case has been resolved!
