You don't/can't as Canada post is already hooked up to your PayPal account in the same way US Postal Service is here in the US. You click Multi-order Shipping in the Tools menu and create a shipment and select shipping method that Canada Post offers, enter weight, customer, etc. Or click Print Shipping Label on a transaction and fill out the info and select a Canada Post offered shipping method.
Or you can go direct to Canada Post website and register for an online account and link your PayPal to it to buy labels directly from Canada Post site, if they accept PayPal.
